By accessing or using Fix24.cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Fix24.cloud provides cloud hosting, VPS, managed servers, VPN, backup, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to host malicious content, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our infrastructure or other customers.

5. Payment & Billing

All fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase. This guarantee applies to new accounts only and does not apply to renewals or add-on services.

7. Service Level Agreement

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Credits for downtime are subject to our SLA terms available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fix24.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
