Fix24.cloud, a brand of Datamation Group ("Fix24", "we", "us", or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, client portal, and all Fix24.cloud Services.

1.Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account & billing information — name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, GST details, and payment information provided during sign-up or checkout.
  • Identity & compliance information — government-issued ID or business registration documents where required for KYC, hosting, or domain registration compliance.
  • Service usage data — server logs, resource usage, IP addresses, support tickets, and configuration data generated as you use our infrastructure and services.
  • Website & technical data — browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and cookies collected when you browse fix24.cloud, per our Cookie Policy.
  • Customer Data — data you host, store, or process using our Services, which remains yours and is handled per the section below.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provision, operate, maintain, and improve our Services;
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments;
  • Verify identity and comply with KYC and legal/regulatory requirements;
  • Provide technical support and respond to inquiries;
  • Send service, billing, security, and maintenance notifications;
  • Send marketing communications, where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time);
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
  • Comply with applicable law, court orders, or lawful government requests.

3.Customer Data on Our Infrastructure

Where you use our hosting, VPS, storage, or backup Services to store your own data ("Customer Data"), we act as a data processor/hosting provider for that data. We do not access, inspect, or use Customer Data except (a) as necessary to provide technical support you request, (b) to maintain security and prevent abuse of our network, or (c) where required by law or a valid legal order. See our Data Processing Addendum for full detail on this relationship. You remain responsible for obtaining any consents required to lawfully process such data on our infrastructure.

4.Data Storage, Location & Security

Customer accounts and billing data are primarily stored on servers located in India, in line with applicable Indian data protection requirements and MeitY guidelines. Depending on the Service you select, Customer Data may be hosted in the data center region you choose at signup. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, network firewalls, and monitoring, to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Trusted vendors and sub-processors (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email providers, upstream data center or network partners) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • Domain registries and registrars, where required to register or manage a domain;
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit) as needed;
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or courts, where required by applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7.Data Retention

We retain personal and billing information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer Data on suspended or terminated accounts is handled per our Terms of Service.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. 9.Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and for material changes, notify you via email or a notice on our website.
