Abuse Reporting Policy

Last updated August 2026· Applies to all Fix24.cloud customers

Fix24.cloud ("Fix24", "we", "us") takes abuse of our network seriously. This page explains how to report spam, phishing, malware, or other abuse originating from our infrastructure, and what happens after you report it. Prohibited activities are defined in our Acceptable Usage Policy.

1.What to Report

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email originating from a Fix24-hosted server;
  • Phishing pages or fraudulent content hosted on our infrastructure;
  • Malware, ransomware, or command-and-control infrastructure;
  • Port scanning, brute-force login attempts, or denial-of-service traffic;
  • Copyright or trademark infringement (see our DMCA Policy for takedown requests);
  • Any other activity that violates our Acceptable Usage Policy.

2.How to Submit a Report

Email support@fix24.cloudwith the subject line "Abuse Report" and include:

  • The IP address, domain, or URL involved;
  • Date and time of the incident, with timezone;
  • A clear description of the abusive activity;
  • Supporting evidence — full email headers, server logs, screenshots, or packet captures where available.

Reports with complete evidence are investigated faster. Vague or unsubstantiated reports may require follow-up before action can be taken.

3.Our Response Process

Upon receiving a credible abuse report, we will: acknowledge receipt, investigate the reported activity against our monitoring data and the affected customer's account history, and take appropriate action, which may include warning the customer, requiring remediation within a defined window, suspending the offending service, or terminating the account for repeated or severe violations. Response timeframes follow our SLA, with critical/active-attack reports prioritized.

4.Emergency & Security Incidents

For active attacks, compromised servers causing ongoing harm, or urgent security incidents, mark your email "URGENT" and call 75759 50003 in addition to emailing, so we can respond as quickly as possible.

5.Confidentiality

We do not disclose the identity of the reporting party to the customer under investigation, except where required by law or legal process.

6.False Reports

Knowingly submitting a false or malicious abuse report is itself a violation of our Acceptable Usage Policy and may result in action against the reporting account, if applicable.

7.Contact Us
