We perform automated daily backups of your data to ensure it is always secure and up-to-date. In case of data loss or corruption, we can quickly restore your information from these backups.

For any technical issues, you can contact our support team via phone, email, or whatsapp from 10 AM to 8 PM. For critical issues, we assure an initial response within 8 hours during working hours. Non-critical issues will receive a response within 24 hours during Business Days.

If our service falls below the guaranteed uptime, we offer service credits based on the length and impact of the outage. Details on the service credit policy can be provided upon request.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance through email notifications and our website. We aim to perform maintenance during off-peak hours to minimize any impact on your business operations.

Unmanaged Plan: We provide the server, ensure it runs smoothly, and maintain 7-day backups. In case of issues, we can restore the server to the previous day’s state, but this will overwrite all changes made after the backup. Only full server restoration is possible file-level restores are not available. All application-related tasks, user management, and Windows settings are the client’s responsibility.

Managed Plan: We handle server maintenance and basic OS tasks like user creation, password resets, and user-related setups. Application-level support is not included. File-level restores are possible up to 3 times a year additional requests cost ₹500 per restore.
